About Idriss Outalba

Born in the iconic Dades Valley and raised in a traditional rammed-earth kasbah, Idriss Outalba grew up with masonry as a family heritage. He initially studied French literature before embracing a career in building, starting as an apprentice plasterer and progressing to project management.

His decade running a travel agency honed his multilingual skills—Idriss is fluent in Berber, Arabic, French, and English—and deepened his understanding of working with international clients. Returning to construction, he contributed to significant public works projects for the Moroccan government and built schools in remote regions, assembling a loyal team of skilled artisans along the way.

With a deep knowledge of both traditional Moroccan techniques and modern construction practices, Idriss leads Imadriwn in delivering projects of uncompromising quality.
